A. No. McCarthy Group International, LLC does not take physical control of client's assets or act as custodian.

A. No. Investment advisory fees are our sole compensation and are based on the market value of the clients' assets under management
and an incentive allocation which is 10% of net-high appreciation.
McCarthy Group International, LLC will furnish investment advice through consultation. Compensation payable to McCarthy Group
International, LLC is charged either by a negotiated fee or on an hourly basis, $200/hour.
We receive no additional fees or commissions from referrals; from the sale of proprietary products; or from any course of action initiated
in client accounts. We gain no benefit from turnover of client assets or from trading activity. The firm works completely on behalf of
our clients. McCarthy Group International, LLC's advice is free from any conflicts of interest. Fee schedules are published in the
ADV Part II which is updated annually, filed with FINRA, posted on this site, and available on request. The specific fees for
individual accounts are determined in the Investment Advisory Letter which is written by McCarthy Group International, LLC to the
client at the outset of the relationship and outlines the agreement between the client and McCarthy Group International, LLC.
